3. Acceptance of Terms By completing payment for any of our services and answering the questions or completing the forms provided during the onboarding or order process, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
  • All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are the lawful owner of the data and information submitted, or you have the full legal authority to provide such information on behalf of the relevant individual or entity.
  • You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorised information.

4. Mandate to Act on Your Behalf By completing payment and submitting your information through our platform, you hereby grant Bizzpartner and its authorised staff members a formal mandate to:

  • Submit your information and documentation to CIPC, the South African Revenue Service (SARS), and any other institutions or regulatory bodies that Bizzpartner works with in the course of providing its services.
  • Act on your behalf in all matters directly related to the service(s) purchased.
  • Communicate with relevant institutions using the information you have provided.

You confirm and agree that any submission made by Bizzpartner staff on your behalf shall be deemed to have been made by you personally, as the lawful owner or authorised representative of the data, and carries the same legal weight as if you had submitted it directly.

5. Client Responsibilities You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
  • Notify Bizzpartner immediately of any changes to the information provided.
  • Ensure that all documents submitted are authentic and legally valid.
  • Not hold Bizzpartner liable for delays, rejections, or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Limitation of Liability Bizzpartner will exercise reasonable care and diligence in performing its services. However, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Rejections or delays by CIPC, SARS, or any other third-party institution.
  • Losses arising from inaccurate or unauthorised information provided by the Client.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including system outages at regulatory bodies.

7. Fees and Payment All fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Confidentiality We treat all client information with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your information will only be shared with institutions and third parties as necessary to render the services you have purchased.
