Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Our Products & Services Bizzpartner primarily sells digital products and services, including but not limited to business registration, compliance services, and related administrative assistance. As such, the majority of our offerings do not require physical shipping or delivery.
2. Digital Products & Services Delivery
- All digital products and services are delivered electronically via email or made available through your online account/portal.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions or your digital product/document within the timeframes outlined below.
- Delivery of digital services is subject to the turnaround times of third-party institutions such as CIPC and SARS, which are outside of Bizzpartner's control.

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on third-party processing times and once we've recieved all the data from you, the client.
3. Physical Products (Where Applicable) In instances where Bizzpartner supplies physical documents, printed materials, or any other physical goods:
- Delivery is available within South Africa only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Physical items are shipped via reputable courier services.
- Estimated delivery times for physical items are 3 – 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.
- Bizzpartner is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Confirmation Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledgement. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase, as all digital deliveries and communications will be sent to the address provided.
5. Incorrect Information If a digital product or service cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact details or information provided by the Client, Bizzpartner will not be held responsible for the delay. Re-delivery may be subject to an additional administrative fee.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery If you have not received your digital product or service within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and assist. Delays from CIPC, SARS, or other regulatory bodies do not constitute a failure of service on Bizzpartner's part.
7. No Physical Shipping for Digital Services For the avoidance of doubt, no physical shipping is required or provided for purely digital services such as business registrations, compliance filings, or document submissions. All outputs for these services will be delivered electronically.
